as posted by the channel

During his rally in Iowa this past weekend, Donald Trump urged his supporters to "go into" cities to "watch" the elections and make sure that they are not stolen from him (even though no election was ever stolen from him.) This is a direct call to action, and experts are already sounding the alarms that this will lead to mass intimidation and possibly even violence from Trump supporters who will try to stop people from legally casting their votes. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what's happening.

During his rally in Iowa over this past weekend, Donald Trump issued a direct call to action to his supporters telling them that they had to quote, go into cities across the country in next year's elections to, you know, make sure everything's on the level, which many experts have already come out and said that this is 100% Donald Trump telling people to go engage in voter intimidation. Here's what Trump said in Iowa. They cheated like hell and they know it, and you'll never find out all the ways. But we don't need all the ways. Most important part of what's coming up is to guard the vote. The most important part of what's coming up is to guard the vote. And you should go into Detroit and you should go into Philadelphia and you should go into some of these places, Atlanta, and you should go into the, some of these places, and we gotta watch those votes when they come in. We're like a third world nation, a third world nation, and we can't let it happen.

Now, we're a third world nation if we allow what you're telling your supporters to go do to happen, that's a third world nation. Having a man who wants to be a dictator, send his little, you know, flying monkeys out there to go and intimidate and harass people while they are voting. That's what he wants these people to do. And this is not, by the way, like some of the other things Trump has said, where it's kind of this veiled thing of, you know, oh, well he's not necessarily inciting it because he didn't use these words. He's just using code words, you know, to get his supporters riled up. This is different. He directly told them, go into Atlanta, go into Philadelphia, go into these cities. He said, that's a direct order. That is a direct order from Donald Trump. There is no denying it. There is no way to to skew that any other way. He is telling people to go and do this.

And these are unhinged people. Right? He wasn't talking to a group of lawyers, he wasn't talking to a group of peace activists. He was talking, I'm gonna start that over. Sorry. And here's the thing. He wasn't talking to a group of lawyers when he said this. He wasn't talking to a group of peace activists when he said this. He was talking to a group of right wing, unhinged, potentially dangerous individuals who will do whatever he says and more if they believe it's what he wants them to do. So how many incidents are we going to see in next year's election when Trump supporters show up at polling places

And start harassing people or become violent with people or pull out a gun? I think we will see that I, I 100% believe those things are going to happen next year because of what Trump said here. The only silver lining in that is that because he said the words outright directed them to go into these cities. If these happen, we can 100% hold Donald Trump legally liable for it. It's not much of a silver lining, but it's the best we got.
