There's no doubt that Donald Trump's cult followers are with him. 100%. Doesn't matter what he says. Doesn't matter what he does, they love every second of it. In fact, reports have come out in the last week showing that not only do they approve of his dictator comments, but a new poll in Iowa shows that 40% of Republicans say that Trump's rhetoric, whether it's saying that immigrants are poisoning the blood of the country, or that he wants to be a dictator, 40% of Iowa Republicans say it makes them more likely to support him. What do you think his supporters will do when Trump shuffles off this mortal, mortal coil? Do you think they'll change their allegiances to one of his offspring, maybe someone else waiting in the wings?

Or will it just dissipate and be seen as a collective movement of madness as the Nazi party in Germany? And that's a good question. And honestly, it's a question we get. I think every time I do a q and a. Um, what happens to Trump's followers when Trump is no longer with us? Now, there are some options, and I, and I think all of them are going to happen. There will be factions that go to his kids, but his kids do not have his, dare I say, charisma. They do not have his ability to work a crowd. Junior is trying his best, but by God, he continues to fall flat on his face 'cause he is just not good at it. He doesn't have what his dad has. So some of them may go over there, some of them may flock to people like Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Some may flock to Jim Jordan or Matt Gaetz, or Christie Nome or Carrie Lake. But what happens when that happens is the fracturing, the splintering, the breakups, some of these people get more extreme, some of them get less extreme. But as a cohesive movement, the movement dies. And the reason for that is because when you tie a political movement to one person, or even one issue by the way, that movement rises and falls with that person or that issue. And once that thing that they are rallied around, that singular entity is gone, the movement itself cannot survive in the way that it had in the past. You will still have clingers, you'll still have the hangers on, but you're not going to have a cohesive, unified movement. It will fracture. And after the fracturing, it will slowly die off. Now, it could become something different through the fracturing. You know, one of those splinter

Groups could become larger, could become more extreme, but it's not going to resemble, uh, you know, in, in really many ways what we see right now with the MAGA movement. So it, it, it reminds me a lot of the Tea Party, you know, those of you who've been following politics long enough for you, remember the Tea Party and the early days of the Obama administration, it was this huge political movement, ton of corporate money behind it. And then when the money dried up, me Tea Party just kind of went away. But what happened? Tea Party, a lot of that became maga rallying around Donald Trump. He got in people that weren't necessarily a part of the Tea Party. So we could be looking at a situation like that as well, that maybe the MAGA movement does kind of die off a bit, but then reemerges as a new thing, kinda like the Tea Party became maga. So there's lots of different options, but honestly, because this one is rallied around a figurehead more than a kind of movement, like the Tea Party was, if you wanna call it that, I, I don't think MAGA survives once Trump is gone.
