Donald Trump is inching closer and closer and closer to possibly getting hit with criminal charges in the state of Michigan. Now, as I'm sure everybody knows by now, I've talked about it multiple times. The state of Michigan has an ongoing investigation into the fake elector scheme that played itself out in their state at the end of 2020 and early 2021. They have secured cooperation deals with former Trump lawyers, including Kenneth Chesbro. And according to a new report, Boris Epstein and John Eastman are also cooperating with the ongoing investigation, which means three major Trump allies, former our Trump lawyers, are cooperating with this investigation. And a new report reveals that according to the information that these three men have turned over, prosecutors in Michigan have now directly linked the fake elector scheme to the Trump campaign. This folks is massive, and it's massive, not just for Michigan.

Let's not forget Donald Trump is in court right now arguing that he is entitled to presidential immunity for his actions with the fake elector scheme among others, because as Trump told us, on truth social this past weekend, he was not acting as a candidate. He was acting as the President of the United States. Therefore, he is entitled to immunity and cannot be prosecuted. Well, prosecutors in Michigan have already proven that that's a lie. And don't think for a second that Jack Smith isn't gonna use this. Here's what this new information tells us again, uh, uh, just to kind of put it in a nutshell, uh, Eastman Chesbro Epstein have turned over emails to the state of Michigan showing that they were coordinating with the fake electors and the Trump campaign to get the fake electors and the certification to the Trump campaign to then get it to Mike Pence.

Again, that, that is like the most condensed version I can get. There's obviously a lot of twists and turns in there, but it directly links the Trump campaign to the fake electors. So because it was the Trump campaign that was organizing the fake electors, Trump is not entitled to immunity. Again, Trump told us over the weekend that he was not campaigning. The election was long over, he was doing it as president. If he were doing it as president, it wouldn't have been the Trump campaign, it would've been the Trump administration. It would've been Bill Barr, not Kenneth Chesbro. It would've been somebody else at the DOJ, not John Eastman. Trump's claim of immunity has already fallen apart in such a way that the evidence makes it clear as day that Donald Trump was doing this through his campaign, through people paid for by his campaign.

His immunity claim is dead in the water. And again, that doesn't even begin to touch on the fact that they have directly linked this to Trump's campaign. And as we know who sits at the top of that campaign, who were people like John Eastman and Kenneth Chesbro and Boris Epstein getting their marching orders from? It wasn't Rudy Giuliani, it wasn't Mark Meadows, it was Donald Trump himself. And that's why I think before this is all over in Michigan, possibly in other states too, Trump's gonna be hit with even more criminal charges, very similar to the ones he is facing in Georgia.
