Much like John Eastman, former Trump lawyer and indicted co-conspirator Jeffrey Clark faced a disciplinary hearing this week over his actions to overturn the 2020 election results. But Clark went even further than Eastman, and Clark managed to make Donald Trump's legal problems so much worse for him. During his hearing, Clark made it clear that he was acting on behalf of his only client at the time - Donald J. Trump. His lawyer immediately panicked, but the damage had already been done. So respectfully, I would ask him to invoke. So basically, Jeffrey Clark's response to, yeah, I was working for Donald Trump, was so bad and so damaging by the way to both Jeffrey Clark and Donald Trump in those charges they're facing in Georgia, that his lawyer stood up and was like, dude, he should have pleaded the Fifth Amendment here. I I really wish he would have. Can, can we still do it? Like, can we, can we just forget what happened, happened? And I'm gonna tell him to just start pleading the fifth. Don't say another word.
