Trump Appears To Violate Gag Order AGAIN After Latest Contempt Punishment

Donald Trump appeared to once again violate the gag order against him just one day after Judge Juan Merchan held him in contempt for the second time. Trump posted, and quickly deleted, an attack on Stormy Daniels Tuesday morning, a clear violation of the order. Then later in the day he put up another post attacking the "sleazebags and lowlifes" referring to the people testifying against him. The judge needs to take action NOW, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.

Even though he was once again found in contempt of court for violating the gag order against him earlier this week, Donald Trump then immediately got on social media multiple times and appeared to once again violate the gag order that Judge Juan Marshan is for some reason refusing to actually hold him accountable for violating. The first one was a post that Donald Trump made that immediately attacked the witness. Coming up on that day, this was Tuesday morning, he had just found out it was Stormy Daniels. He got on truth social and attacked her, which of course is a direct violation of the gag order, just hours after he'd been held in contempt for violating it. The post again that he quickly deleted said, I have just recently been told who the witness is today. This is an unprecedented no time for lawyers to prepare. The no judge has ever run a trial in such a biased and partisan way.

He is crooked in highly conflicted, even taking away my first amendment rights. Now he's threatening me with jail and they have no case. This according to virtually all legal scholars and experts, why isn't the fake news media reporting this conflict? Now, that's not the worst attack he could level, right? Like I just learned who the witness is, but you are specifically calling out the witness and then challenging the authority of the court, which could be viewed as a form of witness intimidation, which of course is why he deleted the post. Now, before I read the other ones that are also likely violations of the gag order, it's important to point out that this is not unprecedented and it's not something that Donald Trump didn't know was gonna happen right before the actual trial started. After jury selection, the judge made it clear to Donald Trump's lawyers, we are not gonna have to tell you in advance who these witnesses are going to be because your client has a history of posting about these people and trying toti intimidate them on social media.

So for the protection of the witnesses, we cannot allow this to happen. So Trump can be mad about it all he wants that very post is the very reason the judge made that decision at the beginning of the trial. But then after that, Trump went on to put a couple more posts on true social later in the day that he did not delete the first one said quote, it is a really bad feeling to have your constitutional right to free speech. Such a big part of life in our country, so unfairly taken from you, especially when all of the sleaze bags, low lives and grifters that you oppose are allowed to say absolutely anything they want direct attack on witnesses. It is hard to sit back and listen to lies and false statements be made against you, knowing that if you respond, even in the most modest fashion, you're told by a corrupt and highly conflicted judge that you will be put in prison maybe for a long period of time. So he's saying that they're lying and they're making false statements. Again, another attack on the witness. So that's two violations in one post.

Then he posted this, the, this fascist mindset is all coming from dc. It is a sophisticated hit job on crooked Joe Biden's political opponent. Me, judges, Gerran and Kaplan, also of New York are equally corrupt only in different ways. What these thugs are doing is an attack on the Republican party and our once great nation itself. Our first amendment must stand free and strong. Give me liberty or gimme death. Yeah, don't give the judge any ideas there.
