We have known for several weeks now that Donald Trump wanted to pick North Dakota Governor Doug Bergham, to be his running mate, because Bergham is a little bit boring. He doesn't have as bad of a history as JD Vance clearly has. And of course, Berg's a billionaire. So he brings a lot of money to the campaign. But Trump was talked out of that decision by his two idiot sons, Don Jr. And Eric. And boy, are they catching holy hell for that. Now, the latest person to jump on board the, you're a moron for letting your sons pick your running mate train is none other than former NBC news anchor Chris Matthews during an interview this week, Chris Matthews said this about Trump's moron sons well, and JD Vance, he's a joke. He's a joke. And now everybody knows it. The two Trump kids who picked him apparently must be embarrassed. They told his dad to pick this guy. They should have picked Bergham and they would've made Trump the business guy and the energy guy, and it would've made sense. And you made a mistake by listening to your kids.

So here's what gets me about all of this. Obviously there have been, as I've said, lots of reports talking about Donald Trump ignoring his gut to go with Bergham and listening to his two kids who, for the record, have zero political experience at all. They have not run campaigns, they have not run successful campaigns. I mean, Eric's wife is now in charge of the RNC in spite of no experience there. He's listening to idiots. And when I say idiots, I'm not talking about they just don't know nothing. It's the fact that they don't know anything about this issue because this is not something they're familiar with. It's like if you tried to put me in charge of economic policy for Canada, I I'm gonna fail because I know nothing about it. And that is what happened with these two idiots. They don't know how to run campaigns.

They don't know how to appeal to people, but this is what they wanted. And they convinced their dad, who wants to be the guy in charge of the entire country, that this is what they should do. And here's why it bugs me and here's why it should terrify. Of course, everybody in this country, as I just said, Trump wants to be in charge of the country, but he can't be trusted to make decisions. Picking your running mate is the biggest decision you are going to make as a presidential candidate, the biggest as a candidate that you can make. Trump had a guy, he wanted to pick a guy that actually would've made more sense, but instead he listened to people who know nothing about this and they got to make the decision. So what does that tell you about what Trump would do in the White House, right? If he's dealing with an international crisis,

Is he going to listen to his economic advisors? Is he going to listen to his military strategists, or is he gonna call up Sean Hannity and say, Hey Sean, here's what's going on. What do we do? We know the answer to that. He ignores the smart people, he ignores the people with experience, and he will call up the people who kiss his the best and make them make the decision for him. And if that doesn't terrify you about what a Trump White House would bring, then I don't know what will.
