Donald Trump boasted over the weekend about meeting with officials from the country of Qatar at Mar-a-Lago over the weekend, and his fans went absolutely nuts about this on Truth Social. They accused him of hanging around antisemites and terrorists, and one fan went as far as to tell him that this could cost him the election. This past weekend, Donald Trump met with foreign officials at Mar-a-Lago, which in and of itself is problematic enough, and I'll get more to that in a moment. But he then got on truth social Sunday and boasted about it, bragged about meeting with these officials from the country of Qatar in the Middle East, and his supporters didn't like it one bit. Here is what Donald Trump put on truth social. It was great seeing my friends, his highness chic Tamim bin Muhammad Alani, Amir of Qatar and his Excellency Sheik Muhammad bin, uh, Abdul Raman, Ben Jassim, Alani Prime Minister of Qatar at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida. The Amir has proven to be a great and powerful leader of his country, advancing on all levels at record speed. He is someone who strongly wants peace in the Middle East and all over the world. We had a great relationship during my years in the White House, and it will be even stronger this time around.

Okay, so first and foremost, no way Donald Trump typed that out. Like there is no way that he got the spelling and capitalizations on those names and titles correct all on his own. Th that that didn't happen. Somebody else had to have written that for him. And then he came up with the little last part, like we had a great relationship and it'll be even better. But again, his, uh, his followers, his friends, his allies, his voters on social media got off about this. And here is how they responded to Donald Trump boasting about meeting with foreign leaders. Uh, one of them who goes by at Doc Reality said, since when are you friends with his Islamist Antisemites? Another one said, we love you, but I don't think the hostages and families are thrilled about Qatar hosting the Hamas and Hezbollah terrorist freaks. Another one said, what about the whereabouts of Sin War?

The hostages in Gaza? Another said, Qatar, are you funding and housing Hamas leaders, WTF are you doing? You can meet with the devil, but you don't bargain with him in your home. And another said, Hey, Don, you should really start watching your mouth. It's going to cost you the presidency. It's going to cost you the presidency. His own supporters. Tell him. Now, here's the thing. Donald Trump does not give a rats behind about what is happening with Israel and Palestine. Like, let's be crystal clear about that. That man does not care. He doesn't care if he meets with officials from Israel, from Palestine, from Qatar, from Saudi Arabia. None of it matters. It doesn't matter the turmoil in the Middle East. He's not picking a side in this conflict because he cares about one side over the other. What Donald Trump is doing is meeting with people who have more money than they know what to do with, which is what the leaders of Qatar have. And he wants that money. That's all this is about. Okay? And his supporters,

You know, wanna make this about Israel and Palestine. It's not, it's about Donald Trump wanting more money from these people. So they missed the mark on that. They love him too much to see that this is a giant grift. And they'd better hope, by the way, that it was just him grifting trying to get money from those officials, because if it was anything other than that, then that would be a violation of the Logan Act. And Donald Trump would've broken the law as a convicted felon, which of course would be a violation of his terms of release. Not to mention the fact that in the other cases that are still pending against him where he has posted bond, uh, you're not allowed to commit any other crimes or your bond will be revoked.
