Vice President Kamala Harris has now opened up her largest lead yet against Donald Trump in the latest national Morning Consult poll. The poll has the smallest margin of error of any poll from this election cycle, but that doesn’t mean the election is in the bad. We are in the final stretch of this 2024 presidential election that feels like it's been going on for 10 years, but we got less than a month left, hopefully until it is over. Over. And before I get into it, let me remind everyone that polls matter and they don't matter, okay? Because nothing that these polls show is real unless these people show up to the polls and vote. So I wanna preface it with that. Now, having said that, reminding you that you still have an obligation to get out there and vote. A New Morning consult poll shows Kamala Harris with her biggest lead ever over Donald Trump. According to this latest morning consult poll, Kamala Harris has officially crossed the 50% mark nationwide. That alone is amazing, but it gets better. She is leading Trump by six points, 51% to 45%. So again, crossing that nationwide 50% barrier, that is huge.

And I've talked a lot about polls over the years. I've talked a lot about polls, and I tell y'all anything with a margin of error greater than three points is considered unreliable. This election cycle, the best poll I had seen, the margin of error, I think was 1.7%, maybe 1.6. This poll, this poll from morning consult that surveyed 11,353, likely US voters has the best margin of error. That not only have I seen this cycle, it's the best margin of error that I've ever seen ever, period. The margin of error for this poll that has Kamala Harris ahead by six points is one point. One point is unheard of in polling. So this is the most reliable poll we have seen ever, but definitely this cycle. But again, this poll doesn't matter if you don't get out there and vote. So do not take your foot off the gas. You still gotta do the work. Now, here's the other part of this. This poll is this six point lead. The biggest she's ever had technically though, she did have a six point lead in a morning consult poll immediately after the debate. However, the margin of error for that poll was greater than 1%. So this is technically the biggest lead when you factor in the margin of error. So again, don't get complacent.

Do not think that, oh, it's in the bag for Harris. Great. I don't have to do anything. I don't have to think about it. I don't have to warn people about the dangers of Trump. I don't even have to show up to vote. No, you have to do the work. The reason these polls are reflected in this way right now is because of the work that has been done, because of the information about Harris's policies being good, Trump's policies being bad, Trump himself, just being generally a bad human being. All of that is why these polls show this. So if we take our foot off the gas for a second, Donald Trump can speed right past. So do not get complacent. Be glad about these polls. Absolutely share it widely, but don't think that it means it's in the bag. You gotta do the work. But most importantly, you have to show up to vote.
