A new report says that the administration is planning to “flood the judiciary” with “MAGA judges” who will not rule based on the law, but instead will rule based on their loyalty to Trump. The Trump administration has suffered loss after loss, after loss in court. In fact, to date, they have not won any of the major rulings or, you know, temporary orders by judge. They haven't won a single one yet. The only one that they won, as I've repeatedly said, is that the AP tried to get their, you know, oval Office access back and the judge said, Nope, I'm not gonna do that while the trial's going. So not even a real win. But other than that, they have lost in court across the board and they're off about it. So the Trump administration was left with two possible choices. According to a new report from Politico, based on conversations with four insiders in the Trump administration, they have decided that they are going to start picking through their MAGA judicial candidates. And within the coming month, they're going to prepare a blitz of judicial nominations of far right extremist Trump, loyal MAGA judges, because those people will not act on the rule of law. They will instead rule on their loyalty to Trump. Here's what it says. MAGA attorney Mike Davis told Politico, the administration is looking for quote, battle tested judges. Now they're going to be looking for even more bold and fearless judges. Judges who have been battle tested.

What does that even mean? Mike Davis? Can you like battle tested? Every, every judge is is quote battle tested because they've handled cases before. Like that's, that's the only thing a judge has to do, right? That's literally the job here. Cases So we're looking for judges that are battle tested. What does that mean? It means nothing, folks. It means we want people that have stood up for Donald Trump in the past, which I think we all know means if a Supreme Court vacancy opens up, we're gonna see Supreme Court just, uh, justice, uh, uh, uh, her name is slipping my mind at the moment, uh, from down in South Florida. The one who dismissed the documents case. Um, I don't know why I can't think of her name at the moment and that is going to drive me crazy. But anyway, that's what we can look at. Um, democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal was uh, uh, a little more explicit with what he thinks the White House is gonna do. They will be maga he said, given the trend of the end of the last Trump term,

We're heading over a cliff in terms of fringe right wing views, they will have a litmus test on steroid, and he's right. That's what this is gonna be. And by the way, Eileen Cannon, that is the judge's name just finally pop back into my head. But anyway, Blumenthal is right. We are gonna see this blitz of MAGA judges. They're admitting it, right? Mike Davis says it. Steven Miller, top a to Donald Trump said on Twitter, there are nearly 700 unelected district court judges. If the most extremist of these judges on any given day decides he is in charge of the executive branch, then article two, democracy and government itself cannot function.

Actually, it's just the opposite. Without these judges, democracy cannot function. And that's the real threat here. Right now, our only line of defense in this country, because Republicans control all three branches of government, but still the only line of defense we have is that judiciary and those people are appointed for life.
