There's no doubt whatsoever that Donald Trump is running a completely lawless administration, an administration that like Trump himself, believes they're a hundred percent above the law. They don't have to do what the Constitution says. They don't have to do what the statutes tell them. And of course, they don't have to do what judges tell them, because as Alina Habbas said this week, it's unthinkable that judges would go against Donald Trump. Well, the new report has come out based on all of these judicial rulings and orders against the Trump administration, and what they found is that in two months in office, 'cause this report came out on the 20th, March 20th, so two months in office, Donald Trump has been found to have violated the law, he or his administration more than a dozen times. In other words, according to the breakdown of that, every three and a half days, the Trump administration has been found to have violated the law.

No other administration in the history of the United States has ever had that. No administration in the history of the United States has ever suffered this many legal blows in the first two months. Most of them haven't suffered this many legal blows throughout their entire four or eight year administrations. So Trump is just breaking records by breaking the law. Not a good thing, not a good record to hold, right? But here's what it says. Senior political reporter for the Washington Post, Aaron Blake wrote quote, the total works out to one such finding about every four days. As I said, it's more like three and a half that the administration was found to have either violated the law or has probably done so. The findings are for a variety of cases, including Trump's efforts to freeze federal funding, fire federal workers, restrict diversity efforts, overturn, birthright, citizenship, and most recently limit transgender rights and deport certain immigrants without legal review. Most of the judges found that the administration likely violated the law, a temporary but necessary finding needed to halt the administration's actions while the fuller cases proceed. But even in many of those cases, the judges didn't seem to regard that question as a difficult one. Some have cast the actions as blatantly illegal and suggested that the administration made no real effort to justify them.

Lawlessness. That is the word. That is what is happening with the United States Government's Executive branch right now. Because as I said, it's not just that they're violating the law with their orders, they're then violating the judge's orders. When the judges tell them, Hey, you can't do this, and not just with the immigration part, they've done it multiple times with the freezing of the federal funding. The judges have repeatedly said,

You have to unfreeze it now today, do it. And then they just don't do it. At one point, even Carolyn Levitt came out in a tweet and said, yeah, we're not gonna do that. That tweet was then used against them in court, forcing another court order saying, Hey, she admitted you're not doing it by God. You gotta do it. And then they still don't do it. See, that's the biggest issue here. It's not just the lawlessness, it's not just that they keep violating the law, it's that they might actually be above the law. Now, I know constitutionally, they are not above the law, but at the same time, when the executive branch of government is violating court orders, what can the courts do? They hold them in contempt. Okay, well, Trump will pardon them.
