Things got even worse for Donald Trump’s cabinet this week after their personal information, including cell phone numbers and passwords, was found online. Some of the information was found in common password leaks, while the rest of it was simply readily available via social media accounts of these officials. This lapse in judgement is a massive threat to our national security, just like the Signalgate scandal that is still unfolding. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains what happened.

As if the signal gate story was not bad enough for Donald Trump's cabinet. Along came dur Spiegel this week to let us know that, uh, the private information of these very same people involved in Signal Gate, including Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and Director of National sec, uh, intelligence, excuse me, Tulsi Gabbard, um, their personal information, their personal cell phone numbers, their user accounts, and their passwords are all readily available online for those who know how to look for them. And it's not necessarily because of the signal usage, but this private information being available to others and apparently has been forever, could easily allow anyone with the knowledge of how to do it, the ability to hack in to their accounts. Here is what DS Spiegel wrote, and of course, again, this is Hegseth. Uh, this is Tulsi Gabbard. This is Mike Waltz. This is Ratcliffe.

This is all of 'em, all of the same people in the Signal Chat, minus Jeffrey Goldberg, apparently is the only one who knows how to protect his data. All their stuff is readily available, but here's what the paper wrote. Most of the publicly accessible numbers and email addresses are likely still being used by those affected. Some are linked to profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn, among others. Dropbox accounts and profiles and apps that track traffic data were created with them WhatsApp profiles. And in some cases, even signal accounts can be found for the respective phone numbers. The research therefore reveals another serious security vulnerability in Washington that was previously unknown.

Oops. So these members of Trump's cabinet, including the one who's in charge of the entire United States military and the one who's in charge of national intelligence, they left their actual email addresses and their cell phone numbers connected to all of their social media accounts. And those are readily available. PE-people have those numbers and the passwords, according to the report, were actually revealed through password leaks, which happens frequently. I mean, your passwords, my passwords have probably been leaked at some point as well available in these reports that, you know, hackers get ahold of. But I I, I don't have national security implications with my accounts. I certainly don't want them hacked, but I would much rather have myself be hacked than, you know, the Director of National Intelligence because she didn't realize to not put her phone number out there, or because she's not changing her passwords as is recommended and leaves them out there

For hackers to use. Folks, this is an egregious breach of the public's trust. These are the same idiots, by the way, who are letting Doge run into all these government agencies and scoop up your personal data swearing to us. They're, they're not gonna do anything with your data. You guys can't even protect your own personal data. How in the hell do you expect us to trust you with ours? Every one of these folks needs to be fired. Every one of these folks needed to be fired when the Atlantic Report first came out. But Trump has made it clear there will be no accountability. Mike Waltz is gonna investigate himself and then clear himself and blame Goldberg for everything. Hell, they're even out there right now blaming Biden for this. Somehow, the CIA director has blamed Biden for this already. So they're not gonna take accountability. They're not gonna protect themselves. And if they're not even gonna protect themselves, they're sure as hell not going to protect this country.
