After Trump backed down from his tariffs this week, conservative hosts told us that this was EXACTLY what Trump had planned all along, and Karoline Leavitt went even further telling America that we just don’t understand “the art of the deal.” The truth is that Trump saw the tremendous global backlash and couldn’t handle it, and he deserves no praise for temporarily undoing the damage that he personally caused. This was Trump's plan. All along, even though Trump has also admitted by the way that this was totally not his plan, all along he paused the tariffs because as he put it, people were getting queasy. So even Trump admits like, ah, I fd up. I have to fix this. No, according to the folks at Fox News at Breitbart, his billionaire hedge fund backers, who just days prior had called him an idiot.

No, we are the dumb ones Now, because Trump was gonna do this the whole time. Laura Ingram on Wednesday evening had this to say, Trump announced a brilliant move to Paul's, the higher tariffs on countries negotiating with us, but meanwhile, to raise China's tariffs to 125% to wall off China by boxing them out further weakening their economic power. It's genius. She said, Sean Hannity said, I'm just loving the reaction of stupid people, all of these people that have been trying to create in other people's minds that Donald Trump does not know what he's doing. The Treasury Secretary Besant just confirmed what I had pretty much understood because I know the guy so well. This was the plan all along, I've been saying this, he's lining up all these nations one after another after another, to the point where they're begging to do a deal with us. He said, and of course, Caroline Levitt during her press conference on Wednesday, told us that we just don't understand the art of the deal.

Let me put it to you this way. In very simple terms that I think everybody can understand. Let's assume an arsonist shows up at your house, right? And what does that arsonist do? Well, they do what arsons do. They start a fire in your house, like your house is now burning down because

So now your house is burning, and that guy to Trump is just standing there watching your house burn down as you freak out. And then after a little while, Mr. Trump decides to get a bucket of water and throw it on the fire. Do you then go up to the man who started the fire and say, oh my God, you're brilliant. Look at you putting out this fire that you started. God bless it. You're a frigging genius, right? No, no, you don't do that. A crazy person would do that, but a normal, rationally thinking human being does not praise the arsonist for slightly putting out part of the fire. They just lit in your living room.
