YouTube Description
as posted by the channelRepublican lawmaker Nancy Mace screamed at her own constituents during a virtual town hall this week, accusing people who didn’t like the policies of Donald Trump of somehow being “paid” protesters. This has become the go-to response for Republicans who are refusing to believe that they, or Trump, are unpopular. This is a very stupid tactic that could easily guarantee a Republican wipeout in the midterms, as Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains.

Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace decided to hold a virtual town hall with her constituents this week where you could just call in and she would talk to you. Um, it only lasted 15 minutes. So, you know, her heart really wasn't into it. She doesn't care what her voters think. And that much was evidenced not just by the short duration of the virtual town hall, but also due to the fact that she just screamed at them for most of the time. Here's what happened. A constituent Lindsey from Somerville, uh, is how she identified herself. Called in and, uh, asked this question, you know, talking about DEI and she said, I mean, you got into the Citadel with your DEI and now generations of girls aren't going to be able to have the same opportunities.
Well, that Nancy Mace off. So Nancy Mace, the big tough woman who claims she almost broke her arm from a handshake earlier this year, responded by saying this. Let me make it very clear, Lindsay, from Somerville, I earned the right to wear that ring at Citadel. I fought like hell for my ring from the Citadel. You have no idea what I went through to graduate from the Citadel. It is not a DEI graduate ring. I have a real ring because I earned it. The blood, sweat and tears I went through to follow in my father's footsteps. You will never know the pain that a woman goes through to succeed at a place like the Citadel for the love. How many times are you gonna say the Citadel? Like we get it. You don't have to keep referring to it like by name. We get it.
And clearly you're just like bragging at this point. You wouldn't last an hour. So don't give me that about DEI. You sound like someone who wants men in women's spaces. And I gotta tell you, I will never allow it. Not over my dead body. So I love how she's now shifted and she's like, I'm going to strawman you. I'm gonna turn you into something that I'm just gonna make up and then I'm gonna get off about the thing I've made up about you. Normal people don't do that. Liars and charlatans do. She continued. If that's what you want, Lindsay from Somerville, I will not help you. I will not support that. I think that is disgusting. So she's still going on about this fake bathroom thing. You will never know that toughness because you're part of the far left and then she gets to the meat of it. You're probably one of those people, one of those fake town haulers who want a fake town hall because you've never shown up to one. So you could just sit right back down. I'm not going to have any of it says Tough guy, Nancy Mace, who again had her arm in a sling after somebody shook her hand this year. So don't talk about toughness when you can't handle a handshake there, Nance, but it's the last part that really gives it all away, right? You're one of those fake protesters.
'cause you want a fake town hall. She said that. That's a weird thing. I think you either misspoke or you're a moron. Probably both. But this is how Republicans are reacting. Happened two weeks ago, another Republican, uh uh, I forget their name, but anyway, they did a town hall in person because they were braver than Nancy Mace, by the way. Let's talk about that. You're not as tough as me if you were so tough, Nancy, go face your constituents in person. You didn't even do it on video chat. You literally did it on the frigging phone. That's how scared you are. You don't even wanna see their faces, you frigging coward. But anyway, two weeks ago, Republican goes out, does a town hall booze, ge, everybody off, ends up leaving early, and again, they dismissed it. Well, it was just a bunch of agitators.
