as posted by the channel

In a fiery social media post, Marjorie Taylor Greene announced that she will no longer just blindly give her votes to Donald Trump, and that she is going to stand firm in her horrible principles. She said that she had voted to continue funding the government last year because Trump asked her to, but made it clear that this will “never” happen again just because Trump asks. She then listed a series of issues that she plans to vote against, including many that are directly supported and proposed by Trump. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains what’s happening.

Folks, it may be in times here because Marjorie Taylor Greene made it very clear between Friday and Sunday of this past weekend that she is no longer gonna be Donald Trump's puppet. While she loves him, she still supports him full throated, but she is no longer just going to blindly do whatever Donald Trump says. No. Marjorie Taylor Greene apparently grew a spine as she continues to fight with the rest of the Republican party and just decided, you know what? It's not good enough that I'm fighting with just my party, party. I gotta fight with Donald Trump too, because by God, the only thing Marjorie Taylor Greene knows how to do is start fights with people. So this is what Green put on, uh, social media on Friday about the rest of her party. She said, quote, I represent the base, and when I'm frustrated and upset over the direction of things, you better be clear. The base is not happy. I campaigned for no more foreign wars. And now we are supposedly on the verge of going to war with Iran. I don't think we should be bombing foreign countries on behalf of other foreign countries, especially when they have their own nuclear weapons and massive military strength.

Okay, you know what? I'm gonna go ahead and say it. Um, I, I don't disagree with Marjorie Taylor Greene almost wanna vomit after making that statement, but she's right. Like, no, we don't need to be bombing foreign countries for other foreign countries, uh, for any reason ever. And that has pretty much been US military policy for quite some, you know, many decades now. Um, and no, this should not be happening at all. So, again, I don't wanna use the word agree, so I will just say I don't disagree with Marjorie Taylor Greene. But as per usual, that ends very quickly because that's what she put on Friday. And now over the weekend, she decided to get far more insane and unhinged. So starting over the weekend, here's what she started saying, and this is where she gets into Trump too. I gave my vote for a Biden Democrat funding and policy continuing resolution once because my president asked me to, but I will not do it again going forward.

Earning my vote for funding and policies will be defined by these issues. Number one, I will not vote to fund a single penny or bullet to Ukraine regardless of a useless mineral deal. For the record, Trump is actually trying to work out a mineral deal with Ukraine. So this is Marjorie Taylor Greene directly calling out Donald Trump. Like, I don't give a crap what you're trying to do. I'm not gonna vote for it. Uh, that's pretty strong. From Donald Trump's strongest ally in the House of Representatives. She continues, I will not vote to fund A CDC that keeps the failed and dangerous mRNA Covid vaccines on the childhood vaccine schedule. For the record, they're not on the childhood vaccine schedule. They're not required for any child in this country, ever. They're recommended, obviously, for everyone so that you know, you don't get the worst complications from Covid and you can keep on living your life. She then continues again, I will not vote to fund reconciliation and tax law that raises taxes on hardworking small business owners and does not include the president's tax campaign promises of no tax on tips over time and social security make the doge cuts permanent. Now, here's the thing, and this really drives me up the wall and it drives me up the wall as technically a small business owner. Um, why is it Republicans, when they talk about the working class of America, they only say small business owners.
