According to a new global survey, the United States is now viewed negatively by a majority of the rest of the world, and it is all thanks to Donald Trump. The survey found that Trump was not just one of the least popular global leaders, but also one of the most-hated PEOPLE on the planet. Everyone outside of this country is able to clearly see him for what he is and understands the damage that he is causing, but far too many people here at home don’t get it. A new global survey was released this week called the 2025 Democracy Perception Index. This survey, 100 countries, 110,000 respondents across those 100 countries. And overwhelmingly, these people in a dramatic shift from just last year said that they, of course, have a negative opinion of the United States. They do not believe the United States any longer has a real functioning democracy. And of course, it is all 100% because of Donald Trump. So in just a hundred and almost 20 days in office, Donald Trump has destroyed the global image of the United States to the point where people don't even think we're really a functioning country anymore. We're just three corporations in a trench coat, basically run by an oligarch, a mega, uh, a megalomaniacal oligarch who also wants to be an authoritarian dictator. So bad combination, and the rest of the world sees it. The rest of the world understands who Trump is, what he's all about, and they see and understand the damage that he has done, which is more than we can say for a good portion of those here in the United States.

The people outside this bubble see it very clearly. It's the ones inside the country that, of course, are really struggling with that. So again, the United States global image has fallen. And you know what's remarkable? Russia's global image got better still a little below the United States, but they improved from last year. So did China. In fact, China is now way above the United States in terms of how the rest of the world views them. Most of them have a favorable view of China, who of course is public enemy number one over here in the United States 'cause communist China. We just don't like it, say the Republicans. But the survey went even further. And here's the funniest part, because the US losing its global image is not funny. But here is what is funny. These people were also asked out of political leaders, entertainers, cultural icons out there, who is most popular? Who is least popular? Who do you like the least? Again, musicians, actors, actresses, other cultural icons or politicians who is the worst person basically on the planet. I don't even have to tell you who won that, you know, and yes, it was him. Any other living human being. According to this new survey, he is the least popular person on the planet, the least liked person. Vladimir Putin has a higher global approval rating than Donald Trump. Xi Jinping of China has a higher approval rating than Trump. Kim Jong-un higher approval rating bin Salman over in Saudi Arabia, lopping people's heads off over tweets, and he is more popular around the globe than Donald Trump is. That is remarkable. Again, the rest of the world gets it. It's just millions and millions and millions of people inside this country who are too deep into it to see what's actually happening.
