As I'm sure everybody knows by now, Alina Haba has lost her job. She is no longer the interim US attorney for the District of New Jersey. She was effectively, uh, limited because she could not get approved, officially confirmed by the Senate, even though Trump did officially nominate her. I believe it was on July 3rd. But because the two senators from New Jersey are both Democrats, they're not gonna let it go forward. So Alina Haba reached the end of her tenure because she couldn't extend past the allotted time. A panel of judges for the US District Court in New Jersey did have the opportunity to extend her interim period, and she made her case to them. And then the judges led, by the way, by an appointee from George W. Bush, came out and said, no, no, we're not gonna let you stay. Bye-bye Alina. Have fun getting a new job. They then, under their legal authority, took Alina Haas's number two and made her the new Interim US attorney for the next 210 days.

Unless somebody can get confirmed by the Senate. Uh, that individual is Desiree Lee Grace. And again, Desiree is a Republican. She was Alina Haas's number two. So it's not like you're really switching to some hardcore hippie leftist. It's still a Republican prosecutor, but that's not good enough. So Attorney General, Pam Bondy, like moments after that district court in New Jersey said, Habas out. Desiree is in. Pam Bondy came out and said, no, she's not court, because I'm firing her. I'm firing this Republican woman that you guys put in there, even though you have the legal authority to do it. And I'm gonna call you a bunch of rogue judges.

The only one going rogue here is Pam Bondi trying to stick up for the most incompetent lawyer I have seen in my life. And that's from two decades plus in the legal industry. Alina Haba, like she is absolutely worthless as a lawyer. She has lost every single case she tried for Donald Trump. He only put her as the interim US attorney because he thinks she's attractive. That's why. And that alone, that, well, not even alone matter. Doesn't matter what you parent with, that's not a credential for being a US attorney. But Pam Bondy wanting to stick up for Trump's appointee, fires the replacement, leaving New Jersey without any US attorney and creating this massive legal conundrum. What do they do now? Well,

Technically the courts again, have the legal authority to just say, all right, we're just gonna pick somebody else, and we're gonna keep doing that. You can keep firing them. We're gonna keep doing it because we have the legal right and authority to do it. So this is a bit of a hellhole right now, and it's all because Pam Bondy tried to avenge Alina Haba by firing another Republican for no apparent reason.
