That proposal goes far beyond law enforcement and moves into intimidation. Criticism, protest, and dissent are protected rights, not crimes. Publicly exposing Americans for exercising free speech would chill protest through fear rather than law. This raises a serious question about where the line is between enforcing the law and punishing criticism of those in power. Ring of Fire's Jerrod Zisser explains.
