Yesterday, on the very day that I was mourning my friend the great Charlie Kirk, contacted me for deposition for their lawsuit suing me for releasing this video, and their security first-bumping and hugging my would-be murderer, Faiz Akbar.
It would be like Utah Valley University suing Charlie’s distraught widow Erika for publicly condemning the lax security at the campus, and suing for releasing videos of Charlies’s murder, and arguing that the University suffered reputational harm and lost revenue for the assassination of Charlie. That’s what the is saying in their disgusting lawsuit. Guests canceled because I was attacked as a Jew, threatened with murder, and released the video.
The two are obviously not comparable. Thank God I was not murdered and with Charlie, America lost a cherish son. I am consumed with mourning and grief. LBut I was only spared by the grace of God. If Akbar had a gun or a knife, I would not be writing this now.
We have now countersued the for $20 million and we will not stop until those institutions who allow assassinations, attacks, and assaults against Jews, Israel, and its Christian supporters, like the great Charlie Kirk, are held accountable.
