YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

Our YouTube channel has just passed 100,000 subscribers, and we want to say thank you!

We started Aquinas 101 in 2019, in answer to frequent requests from students who attended our Thomistic Institute lectures on college campuses. They loved these on-campus talks, and they asked us if we could also give them a more systematic introduction to the thought of Aquinas, something for beginners interested in learning to read St. Thomas.

Over 8.5 million views and 100,000 subscribers later, we are simply astonished at how much this program has grown – the impact of Aquinas 101 is far bigger than we ever imagined, reaching viewers of all ages in over 150 countries.

And it hasn’t only taught the basics of Aquinas’s thought. It is helping teachers and students in their classes, it’s helping parents pass on the faith to their children – and it has even sparked conversions, reversions, and even religious and priestly vocations.

From all of us here at the Thomistic Institute, we want to say thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey to 100,000 subscribers. Aquinas 101 has reached more souls than we ever imagined, and that’s because of you. Thank you for your support, your prayers, and your commitment to the Catholic intellectual tradition, and we hope you’ll stay tuned for more exciting updates from Aquinas 101 – because it matters what you think!
