53:23Now PlayingBoris Johnson faced difficult questions from Keir Starmer in an awkward edition of PMQs following the Downing Street May 2020 garden party.
An email leaked on Monday showed more than 1000 Downing Street staff were invited to a BYOB party at No 10 in May 2020.
It is believed the prime minister attended the party, as well as more than 30 other guests.
The email read: "Hi all, after what has been an incredibly busy period we thought it would be nice to make the most of the lovely weather and have some socially distanced drinks in the No 10 garden this evening. Please join us from 6pm and bring your own booze!"
At the time, two people from different households were allowed to meet outside as long as they respected a 2-metres distance. Non-essential shops, schools and hospitality venues remained closed. Large gatherings, except for funeral or essential work meetings, were prohibited.
Watch it in full right here, as Matt Chorley and Patrick Maguire pause the action for immediate analysis of what happened.
