YouTube Description
as posted by the channelNigel Gould-Davies, former UK ambassador to Belarus and Senior Fellow for Russia and Eurasia at the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
The US has said it agrees with Western allies that Iran's supply of explosive drones to Russia violates UN sanctions.
Kyiv was struck by so-called "kamikaze" drones on Monday, which are believed to be Iranian-made.
The US, France and the UK believe the drones violate UN Security Council Resolution 2231.
That resolution, linked to Iran's nuclear accord, bars Iranian transfers of certain military technologies.
