China has conducted "constructive kill" maneuvers on British Navy Ships, including warship HMS Richmond, in the Taiwan Strait and South China sea, says The Times's Asia Editor Richard Lloyd Parry. These are simulated missile attacks, in which a fighter jet performs maneuvers to launch an attack without firing a missile. "We're getting into a situation which feels like a second cold war with mainland China", he says.
