ATF budget is being reduced by 7% and that reduction may not target NFA related activities. Congress gives expressed direction to enhance the servicing of NFA applications. Unfortunately the traitors in congress bargained for reauthorization of the Undetectable Firearm Act. This Consolidated Appropriations Bill was signed into law by Premier Biden under force of the deadline. This is a major loss for him and an even bigger loss for gun control
