ATF FORCED to Give Back Stolen Triggers by NAGR

Federal District Court Judge Reed O'Connor Eviscerated the ATF in the Rarebreed Triggers Case. In stunning support for the Constitution, Separation of Powers and the Second Amendment the Judge vacated the ATF's rule- Forced Reset Triggers are not machineguns and issued injunctive relief to the plaintiffs in the case. I expect the ATF will fight this to the end. Which, I hope they do, so they can further solidify this decision at a higher level of court. O'Connor Says all FRT's must be returned by Feb, 22, 2025, but plaintiffs can claim theirs immediately. This video covers NAGR's response to the ATF's propensity to drag their feet.
