3:40Now PlayingZach Katznelson, Staff Attorney, ACLU National Security Office, explains why continuing to hold 166 people in Guantanamo without the full rights of trial by jury is illegal, unconstitutional and against American principles. He also is against force-feeding the over 100 Guantanamo inmates who are on hunger strike to be released because he believes it is a violation of their rights. Katznelson has represented many inmates in the military trials and he says the evidence they are using to try to prosecute them in many cases is flimsy. 66 of the prisoners have already been cleared for release on the grounds that they pose no security threat.
