But now that the deer are dead, their meat is being used to feed DC's homeless population. As the saying says, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade." Or in this case, "When life gives you dead deer, make venison." The deer were properly cleaned before the meat was prepared, of course, to prevent it from transmitting any diseases.
