3:08Now PlayingDavid Shuster is appalled that Peabody Coal would dump some 16,000 retirees' and active workers' retirement and health benefits by creating Patriot Coal, a dummy company intended to fail and go bankrupt. SHuster's remarks are a follow-up to his interview of Activist of the Week, Larry Knisell, a UMWA Local 1570 retiree who is helping lead the fight for his benefits. Larry has black lung and many other injuries from years in the mines. He's also a US veteran.
