On "Black News Tonight," host Marc Lamont Hill reminds viewers that his favorite television show is "The Wire," and he says the show would not be the same without the villainous Marlo Standfield.
Standfield is portrayed by actor Jamie Hector who now plays the fan favorite Detective Jerry Edgar in the television series "Bosch." As Amazon's longest-running show, "Bosch" has seven seasons and tells the story of a homicide detective who examines crimes in the Hollywood division of the Los Angeles Police Department. In the final season, the series pushes Detective Edgar to the edge as he grabbles with the consequences of shooting a suspect while on duty. Challenged by feelings of guilt and confusion, his professional and personal life turns upside down. Hector joins Hill to discuss the show.
