The 77-year-old is being released from prison after two of Kennedy’s sons spoke on behalf of him. Prosecutors also decided not to fight his release.
The Supreme Court is ending President Biden’s eviction moratorium, citing it’s “unconstitutional.” The decision allows landlords to begin removing tenants from their homes.
In Florida, several parents are happy after a judge ruled school districts in the state can impose mask mandates. Leon County Circuit Judge John Cooper ruled that Governor Ron DeSantis overstepped his authority banning mask mandates in schools.
