BNC's Lauren McCoy has the latest developments on "Start Your Day" with Mike Hill and guest host Najahe Sherman. The 131-year-old statue of General Robert E. Lee is being removed from its 40-foot perch. Police are guarding the deconstruction crews. Last summer, Virginia's governor ordered the removal, but it was tied up in litigation. It will be cut up into at least two pieces and hauled away to an undisclosed location.
