The Department of Justice filed the lawsuit on Thursday, and Garland said, "The Department of Justice has a duty to defend the Constitution of the United States and to uphold the rule of law. Today, we will fulfill that duty by filing the lawsuit I have just described." BNC justice correspondent Candace Kelley joins "Start Your Day" with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to explain the lawsuit.
