On BNC GO's "Midday Jolt," host Marcel Clarke talks to costume designer Provi Fulp about fashion trends and Hispanic Heritage Month.

Fulp says consumers can replicate the looks of their favorite celebrities by being creative, shopping at thrift stores, or even learning how to make garments themselves. Fulp, who is Puerto Rican, says she proudly celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month through style and Reggaeton. She says there is a lack of representation of Black and Brown people in costume design, and her entire staff is Black and Latina.
