At one point, more than 12,000 were working their way to the United States border. BNC correspondent Bofta Yimam joins "Start Your Day" with host Mike Hill with more on the situation. The video is now under investigation and a spokesperson with the Department of Homeland Security says it does not tolerate the abuse of migrants in their custody.
