as posted by the channelIn the trending legal stories, a trial date has been set for former officer Aaron Dean, who's been charged in the shooting death of Atatiana Jefferson on Nov. 16.
She was shot and killed in Fort Worth, Texas when officers responded to her home after a neighbor called police saying her front door was open.
The Supreme Court will hear arguments in a Mississippi abortion case challenging Roe v. Wade. The 2018 Mississippi law allows abortions after 15 weeks, only in medical emergencies or if the fetus has a severe abnormality.
