BNC correspondent Dray Clark has the latest details on "Morning Hype." Kelly's defense attorney Deveraux Cannick told the jury, "You and you alone are the judges of the facts." Cannick alleged the government let their witnesses lie on the stand and purposely misled the jury. While defending his client, Cannick also said having multiple girlfriends, preference for younger women and specific sexual desires is not a crime.
