In Atlanta, two law enforcement officers are now facing murder charges for their role in the 2016 shooting of Jamarion Robinson.
In addition to felony murder, ex-officers Eric Heinze and Kristopher Hutchens are also facing charges of aggravated assault, burglary and counts of making false statements.
A medical examiner’s report showed that Robinson was shot at least 60 times by police after officers entered his girlfriend’s apartment during an attempted arrest.
