While some traditions are good, others are stressful, prompting mental health and wellness expert Jane Marks to join BNC’s Shannon LaNier for tips and resources to help Americans have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Marks says Thanksgiving is a time where you’re more likely to experience depression and isolation, so you want to be very cognizant of that. As far as Thanksgiving Day traditions, Marks say it’s okay to switch it up sometimes. For those people having a difficult time, Marks says a good support system goes a long way.
