Feltman also joined the State Department in urging American citizens in Ethiopia to leave the country as soon as possible.
In Sudan, newly reinstated Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok announced that the government is looking into possible violations committed by officials against protesters during the demonstrations in the country, following the military power grab that took place on Oct. 25.
