A mother in Florida says her 12-year-old son was roughed up, handcuffed and placed in the back of a police car for “nothing.”
Police accused the child of beating up two white kids and stealing their bike. But as it turns out, the bike he was accused of stealing was his own.
Initially, the 12-year-old was held for two counts of battery and robbery.
BNC correspondent Dray Clark has the story.
