Investigators in Venago County, Pennsylvania say on the night Peter Spencer Died, he was having a severe psychotic episode.

Peter Spencer's death initially drew a lot of attention because of the circumstances. A Black man in rural Pennsylvania with 4 white people ends up dead under suspicious circumstances.

But Pennsylvania state police say they have found no evidence suggesting hate or bias against Spencer.
