As humans, we’re unlike any other creature in that we have a particular hunger which only God can fill. Every single human being experiences this hunger – this restlessness. Some try to conceal it or shut it down and many seek to fill it with the things of this world. Most of us waffle between the two! But true fulfillment and lasting peace can only be found through the surrender of faith because God has made us for Himself and we are restless until we rest in Him.
