YouTube Description
as posted by the channelIf you’re familiar with the Greek word “eros,” you know what English word we derive from it: “erotic.” Now, holding God together with the erotic sounds kind of sacrilegious to most people. We have this idea that eros is that sort of self indulgent, perverse thing we keep in one corner and if there’s a Greek word that describes God’s love, it should be “agape.” But to think that agape is the good kind of love and eros is the selfish kind is to confuse eros with an other Greek word. . . “porneia.”
