The employee remains incredibly calm while explaining that store policy prohibits cash refunds unless the food is returned, offering them store credit instead since they had already eaten the entire order. Instead of backing down, the customers filmed the interaction and blasted her as unprofessional, but the internet ultimately backfired on them, widely praising the worker for maintaining her composure
