Please watch: "@The Exiled Lioness says WE should NOT live by our nature but rather an ethical code | TheRealUnwoke"

Prior to 1960, during the Jim Crow era, black families were married at an 85% rate, Fathers were the heads of their families, and neighborhoods were filled with love and a sense of togetherness. Under JIM Crow , black unemployment rates were low and children, who may not have had an affluent upbringing, had no idea they were poor because they were appreciative for what the had. Blacks really were not affected by the Jim Crow law of the land. Let's take trip down memory lane and try to imagine a place that was almost heaven on earth for black Americans at this time. #unwokeyourself
