1) Turn off Browser Support for the Ripple app on your Ledge Nano S. Launch the Ripple app on your Ledge Nano S, go to settings, then Browser Support and select "No".
2) Make sure your Chrome browser is not running when trying to launch the Ripple Wallet on your computer
