Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell will speak next week as part of a panel on the future of cross-border payments at the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) annual meeting. This is interesting as the Federal Reserve has endorsed Ripple and the IMF is working with Ripple as well. Bakkt recorded an all-time high Bitcoin delivery in October, demonstrating a clear spike in institutional demand for BTC.
