SEC Commission Hester Pierce released a video today where she talked about working with new chairman Gary Gensler on crypto regulations. She highlighted her safe harbor regulatory framework and it seems we could maybe see crypto regulations come from the SEC soon. This could have positive implications for Ripple regarding the lawsuit over XRP.
