The face even of Absolutism, builder of Versailles, it is no surprise that you are known as The Sun King, Louis XIV.
I know that there's a lot of controversy over whether or not Louis XIV said "I am the State". I've used it in the thumbnail because it's very well-known, but intend to discuss the uncertainty around the origins of this quote in a later video.
