Mike Colona, D-St. Louis, and Caleb Rowden, R-Columbia, as well as Jack Spooner, the finance director for the Missouri Republican party and Lathrop and Gage attorney David Sweeney to talk about ethics reform, the Republican presidential primary race, and the likelihood of the Rams staying in St. Louis.
