Rick Stream, and KTRS political reporter Mark Zinn to talk about SJR 39 and the filibuster and previous question. They also discuss the presidential primary on both sides, including whether or not Hillary Clinton has the right support and having Donald Trump at the top of the Republican ticket, and the Greitens campaign’s fundraising scandal.
